Your 4500 does indeed have several White Balance options, and Fluoro lighting is one of them.

Click into the Menu options and go down the list to White Balance - then go down that list thru Auto WB > Sunny day > Cloudy > Fluoro > Tungsten bulb
As you go down the list you will see a small change in the colour of the image as the camera sets the WB to that option.

By choosing Fluoro you will be better able to get good surroundings colours and more natural skin colours
