Brian is right, there is not much that can be done to 'save' this picture, certainly nothing I would want to print. My effort involved making a layer via copy, Ctrl + J, then stting the blend mode from normal to screen. Now press Ctrl + J several times and the image will become brighter each time you create another layer. Do this until you have a reasonable image, I did it 6 or 7 times. Then flatten the image, adjusted the levels and run Noise Ninja, (noise removal). Finally, sharpened with Photokit Sharpener. Tried 2 or 3 times, this is the best, to my eye, that I could come up with.
With you other images, at least you will be able to recognize the people in the photos, even if you don't print them.
