Without disassembling the phone, probably the best thing to try is to put it in a container with some dessicant (silica gel) overnight or longer. Unfortunately, the fogging may leave a residue. If so, it will require disassemble to clean.

I have found silica gel, now can you explain to me what exactly do with it. Oh and is it true that most lenses actually have several elements, or other lenses, inside them. If water gets on these internal lenses and drys it leaves water spots that you cannot clean yourself???? I hope that wouldnt be with me ))

If you haven't resolved the problem yet, check out another similar problem that seems to have come out okay:

With the silica gel, you just put the bag(s) that it comes in into a plastic bag with the phone and seal it. You might have to be a bit more cautious if you go for the heating method in the link, as there is electronic parts involved. Look in your owners manual to find the maximum operating temperature and try not to go much over that.
