the city of Redmond built a new town hall a few years ago... all glass and steel and odd angles. very modern-looking,but utterly without soul. still, i found the lines and angles intriguing enough to warrant a photo on a dull, dreary day...

Utterly without a soul you say??? Seems a fitting place for a politician to work. Nice shot by the way and I like the lines. More befitting an architects office than a meeting place of the people.

Random House Dictionary, 2nd Edition defines "bureaucrat" - "An official who works by fixed routine without exercising intelligent judgment."

They sure have nice buildings to do the above.

........I didn't make up the definition. I'm sure it isn't true.

Looks like a nice building,, great shot BTW,, been a long time since I've been to Redmond i remember going to Rose Hill Elementary
