The ruins of a Cistercian abbey founded in 1193 by Affreca, wife of John de Courcy. Beautiful parkland setting, medieval style ‘physick’ garden.
Visitor centre.

I like the second. I hope you don't mind I wondered what a black and white conversion and made a bit more copperplate dramatic might look like

Yes nice one, A 360x180 Image of Grey Abbey can be found here and viewed in HD fullscreen if wanted

The image can be grabbed with the cursor and moved around. It can be zoomed in and out with the ctrl/cmd/shift-keys - or the wheel of the mouse, if you have one.

Nice photos Max, I like these old ruins, coverted to b/w I think it gives them more character.

Musket,
I enjoyed in the link you've written, also was educative for me too.

For about the photographs, I preferred the colored ones. The green and the blue sky is very lively also the stone walls has more visible texture, thus the photograph has a better depth in color mode which takes my vote for your version Maxsamsung.
