Default The Pyramids

Not the hot dusty ones in Egypt, the cold snowy ones in Edmonton. The weather has been nice enough lately to get out and not freeze your butt off, so I spent a few hours in our river valley. This is the Muttart Conservatory, it's a very nice place to visit any time of the year. The Orchid show is coming up here soon, so maybe some macros in February.

Cheers

That looks interesting - nice colors on both of them, but I prefer #1 because of the nicer composition (in my eyes)! Well done

Scottie,

Great photos both of them. Clean. Wonderful blue colours. Looking forward to the close ups

Thanks guys. I prefer the first one as well. The second one, I was going for a kind of isolated look. I'm going to try and remove the trees in the background, the tower over the small pryamid and the yellow light in the forground to give the picture of a single isolated subject....just playing around.

Cheers.
