really like the spot lighting on that first shot. makes for a dramatic shot.

Thank you, Hards80 and musket!

The church has a different layout from traditional churches in that the pews are arranged in "V" or semi-arena style. Also, there is no "transept", the area "set crosswise to the nave in a cruciform ('cross-shaped')" layout as in all Gothic churches. (source:wikipedia.org).

#4) Like most churches on the island of Manhattan in New York City, St. Malachyis Church is dwarfed by the surrounding skyscrapers.
