Nostalgic 60's look to these Walter,as a matter of fact I have some books from the 60's that show one how to build these.... I guess all the hippies have taken corprate jobs and moved on.. Nice job with the look of the past...

Thanks, all. This is some of the most expensive real estate on the West Coast (beachfront property between Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach), but I believe it is on state beach property...which is why they are to be torn down.
