Thanks everyone. Disneyland is a great place for colorful shots, that's for sure. The fireworks where spectacular every night too.

Beautiful...very crisp, clear and no visible noise! These are amazing images out of a D40 + the kit lens!

Thanks Jehan, I got to thinking and I decided to check the EXIF and I discovered that I wasn't using the 18-55mm kit lens for this shot. I had my 35mm f/1.2 lens on the camera and the ISO was set to 200. I agree, very little noise and the D40 is an awesome camera. I often grab it if I am going to be hiking around a lot. It's so light I can carry it around my neck all day.
