Welcome to the forum, corefive.
And congratulations! These are razor sharp and beautiful images from Sultanahmet District of ancient Istanbul in Sarayburnu Peninsula. I wonder the kind of camera you shot them with.
My favourite is the first one. In fact, I walked down these streets maybe a hundred times this summer! So you have provided me such a pleasant surprise:-)
Btw, please keep in mind that some fellows here have dial-up connection, so I fear a relatively large size might be the cause of reluctance for downloading such beauties. For me no problem. I am one of those who enjoy the superb ADSL service of Türk Telekom as you should be acquainted with:G

Thank you for your nice comment. These pics were taken 2days ago - with a point & shoot camera - sony M2. I also enjoy your photos and comments...
