Is anyone else having difficulty getting customer service at RipVan100? I had a charger go bad in December and over a period of 2 months I have not any of my phone calls/voicemails or emails answered. Per instructions on their websit, I bought a new replacement charger and sent the old one back in January, but have not heard anything from them. Despite a pretty good product, I am reluctant to recommend that anyone buy anything from them.
