Default battery grip nikon D5000 received

Today i received the Nikon D5000 battery grip from
http://www.linkdelight.com/index.php...00-Camera.html

It fits well even with a large lens Sigma 70 -300, more balance
As this is no OS lens with the grip i can can take pictures without a rest or tripot
it has 2 batteries 1000 mah each
Vertical shutter through a cable works the same as the camera

It was send by airmail the 22 okt and 3 nov it was at the post office in Curacao.

wow, i was just going to post a thread saying if i should get that battery grip, good timing. anyways,
how is the grip,
does the material feel like it belongs with the d5000?
does it stand out or feels out of place when you touch the camera and then touch the grip?
does it feel durable?

how is the battery, quality wise?
some people are concerned about using batteries that arent from nikon, is it ok?
did yu try comparing one of the battery from the grip and your original nikon battery?

overall is it worth the investment?
any cons?

sorry if i sound like im interviewing you, but i have to get that soon, and i couldnt find any grips locally, can you do like a review on them, when you have time?
it will be much appreciated

The battery grip in feel and color is the same as the D5000 and it fits on all sides off the body
with the cable attached i have full shutter release
With the batteries i have taken 3000 pics and still very strong (focusing)
Lenses 18-200 and 70-300 nikon and sigma
Even with the flash Sb600 on it the balance of the d5000 and grip is perfecrt

So for me the grip is all i could wish for and that materialized.

Hope you have answers to your questions, if not ask away and i see to answer them

thank you for the quick reply, i've decided to buy the linkdelight battery grip with the two extra batteries, i mean even if im not using the grip, i could use the two extra batteries on top of the OEM nikon battery that came with it for additional support. anyways thanks your help, much appreciated
