Well, that confirms what I thought... but why does my camera have such a rediculusly high voltage cut off?

Any way my new powerpack has arrived.. after charging it up it measured a voltage of about 8.5 V. I snapped a quick 50 pictures with no noticable voltage drop. It's internal gauge still shows full, the camera is happy...

I'll be happy as long as it doesn't die this time next year. If it does then I may be looking for a new camera! Or atleast a cheaper battery pack.

Thanks for your help.
