You can almost smell the smoke and ash from this photo, good job. I hope it didn't destroy too much.

I really like this shot for the drama it portrays. It would have been interesting to zoom in on the fireman and get a similar silhouette. If you have one, I'd like to see it.

I didn't get that shot I was trying to keep from getting run over from the trucks.

It burned about 100 acres but missed our house by about 30 feet.

great shot! I agree with Cal, but even if you were able to get rid of the post (with the orange) in the forground the image would be better IMHO.

In a hot situation those trucks can be a menace,

I know from experience!
