I took these picturestoday right after lunchin downtown San Mateo. The two flags were standingon the top of a tall building and although I shotsome15 frames from the front, I could not get a good view ofboth flags unfurled. But, I managed to capture them nicely from behind.

During my lunch walk, I passed this little shop and the flag on display behind the windowimmediately caught my attention. I could have done better with a polarizer on hand!

Really nice stop action shot on the first imageTullio and even though you could have used a polarizer in the second shot, it's still very attractive!

Tulio, those are great shots. You could have cheated on the first one and mirrored it in PS and nobody would know the difference but instead, you were honest and showed it as you saw it.

Thanks, Cal. I prefer to show my work asit comes out of the camera (some times with some minor adjustments either in terms of color saturation/noise or cropping). I don't like to add things that are not there when I shoot an image or remove unwanted objects in PS (unless I can simply crop them out). Yes, you are right, I could have cheated but that would go against my believes.

I concur wholeheartedly. I am glad to see others who believe that digital manipulations belong in the "Digital Art" forum.

Thanks for participating.
