I took this photo and forgot my ISP was on 400.

Will I ever learn to check my settings?

Interesting photo but it needs to be lighter. Unless you have had problems with noise at ISO 400, I wouldn't worry about it. There are times when 400 is necessary but this probably not one of them.

Good shots. The second is brighter (not necessarily better). I like the deeper blue of the sky on the first one and as Cal said, as long as noise is under control, ISO 400 should be OK. Noise usually is present in low light conditions and/or shaded areas.
