Anyone who has served in the armed forces knows that repetition is a big part of daily life. Marching, saluting, polishing brass and boots, etc. Here, like clockwork, the guard detail at the palace in Monte Carlo is relieved by another detail -- as hundreds of onlookers observe.

Meanwhile, scores of canons sit silent next to pyramids of canonballs -- perhaps anticipating an uprising among the masses below, or an attact by sea.

love the geometris stacking of the cannon balls. They certainly exemplify "repitition".
