Wind farm, that is! Here is a shot of four wind turbines in a wind farm in central Oregon. Note the nasty looking sky in the background. That storm hit about 15 minutes after this photo was taken. There are about 50 of these wind turbines at this location. Each produces about 6 Megawatts of power.

Nikon D100, Sigma 28-70mm f2.8 lens, hand-held
ISO200, 1/200th at f8, focal length 48mm

True enough, but I would rather look at these than oil derricks or a coal plant.

Nice foreboading sky Cal, I wish your shot was a little wider, enough to include the top of the nearest windmill's propeller.

These are beginning to spout over here also. Qute a few are on the ridges in maui.
