Here, my nephew's 2 year old son enjoys a freshly baked hamburger bun last weekend at a family cook-out. Obviously, he couldn't wait for the burgers to cook.

And the sublime. On our cruise we were spoiled by the 15 chefs and the artistically-prepared culinary delights such as this lobster dish.

walter,

Nothing is more enjoyable than watching a youngster having fun eating.

That lobster dish is the most decorated one I've ever seen. Hope it tasted as good as it looks.

Aloha

I agree, I like both photos but the food presentation in the second does nothing for me. I see a lot of these "high class" cooking shows on tv and I hate it when they put a tiny piece of meat on the edge of a large plate. Then they put maybe two sprigs of Asparagus and maybe a small portion of potato and then drizzle some kind of sauce all over the plate to make a design. I personally don't think a restaurant meal should be a piece of art. I know that portion size is very large in many restaurants but tiny serving sizes made into a piece of modern art are ridiculous.

Anyway, great photos. Food is supposed to be one of the more difficult things to photograph but so far, all the photos I've seen are excellent.

I'm with the young-un, please pass the rolls!!

I take it that that lobster was a centerpiece? That was not served to an individual person? Wow. Those veggie flowers are amazing! nice capture
