Here's more coke for D. Ann. For many years if you drank a Coke in Northern Indiana I put it in the bottle. This is a photo of my filling machine on the production line at work. Two years ago we stopped bottling and became a wharehouse, I miss the old days.

Bob

P.s. Cal and Selvin, I still think your pretty cool mods even though you drink that other cola.:G

Bob,

I grew up drinking Pepsi in Jamaica. Perhaps stuck with it because of habit and acculturation.

Many soft drinks in Hawaii (Including Pepsi and Coke) used to be flavored with sugar (sucrose/sugar cane) rather than corn syrup. With the demise of sugar in Hawaii, corn syrup is now used in all national brands and only a few local brands still use sucrose.

There is a difference in taste between sucrose and corn syrup.

Thanks for the vote of confidence also. Lovely documentary shot by the way.

Aloha

Bob, I love coke in glass bottles best, but rarely buy them that way. But they take me back, when I was small that was the only way we bought coke. It's my LEGAL ADDICTION! Donna

I can say that chances are I have had a coke bottled by Bob. I visited Rensselear every summer as a kid and 16 years ago, my parents retired back there. So, I'm sure I've had a Bob coke somewhere in those many years.
