Most interesting sign. Reminds me of the giant basket in front of a basket maker company somewhere in the midwest.

The more I see the signs people are posting the more I am really thankful to our very aggressive "Outdoor Circle" for getting a law here in Hawaii banning any billboards or any sign larger than about 4 feet by 6 feet.

Even soda machines at one time could not have Pepsi or Coke emblems, so Coke soda machines got a Hibiscus cover and Pepsi some other Hawaiian flower. I thought that was pretty nice.

Even the Wyland "Whaling Walls" were banned for a time. He was eventually successful in our higher courts to argue that they were art not advertising and thus not subject to the sign restrictions.

Aloha

There was an old woman who lived in a skate

Had so many kids (I think it was eight)

Hubby said, "Honey, for you my heart aches"

Said she, "If you wantnumber 9I'm hittin' the brakes"

Walter

(Nice shots, Chuck)

Nice shot BC...
Walter, nice poem, but after 8 kids, I don't think it's her heart that aches! :blah:

Great shots. Since that skate is street legal, how do they get it up and down from the sign post?
