Do you know what this is?

Nikon D100, Sigma 28-70 mm f2.8 lens, 3 stacked extension tubes. The filter ring of the lens was touching the object. 1/30th at f2.8

Not as sharp as I would like but here it is.

I'd like to guess, but I don't have a clue - some mini stained glass?!

Yes, it is a tv screen. Now, two bonus questions: What channel was it on and what program was showing??:cart:

I found this to be a rather difficult exercise. It was difficult to focus, difficult to set the exposure. I ended up using the self timer to minimize vibration, manual focus and manual exposure. One of the problems is that the image was constantly changing and this had a significant effect on exposure. Bear in mind this is a 27" screen and I was photographing a spot about 1/2 inch square. In spite of all this, I am not too happy with the results. I took about a dozen shots and this was the best. Some were really bad, either grossly overexposed or black!
