Our town hall is the average looking New England town hall. (And, the sun was setting behind it to get it right.) But, I thought a shot of the tin siding with the sun setting was interesting.

Tin sidings and ceilings were common at one time even in Hawaii. Unfortunately the salt from the nearby ocean distressed these rapidly and it was a shame to see many historic buildings in sever dis-repair.

I might have tried to get either a close up of the wall to show the detail.

Yes, I'll have to try again. The image doesn't look as clear when you resize it for the web.
