The hawk shot with the nest is beautiful. Very well done.

The casino shot has some problems that I can't quite pin down. First of all, it appears to be overexposed. Second, it looks like it was oversharpened in PS. However, what I am seeing may be from jpeg conpression. Perhaps you can tell us more about how you shot this and how you processed in PS. It just doesn't seem "clean" to me.

The casino shot was taken in 1999, so I think I used a Sony Mavica at the time (the one with floppy disk storage). The file size was 102k. For a night shot, hand-held, it was probably the best I could do at the time. I did do some tweaking in CS2, including a bit of sharpening.
