In my opinion, Ecola Beach is one of the most beautiful spots on the Oregon coast. Unfortunately I have not been back there since they made it a State Park and started charging money to get in.

Great shot, although a bit dark. I think the clouds had something to do with that.

If that won't bring the tourists, nothing will. Excellent shot!

Bahadir, I think you are correct about the Hazelnuts. I live in northwest Oregon and there are a lot of Hazelnuts grown here. They taste good, too!

Cal, I haven't been to Oregon but visited her websitesome time ago induced by the images I saw at Lanscape forum. Iremember being impressed by the diversity and richness mother nature offered there. Then Ivisited the web site of USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) to confirm the resemblance set in my mind... Well, my countryperforms %75-80 of theworld's hazelnut production, andalmost all theproduction takes place in theBlack Sea region of Anatolia, which resembles theparadise on earth making the two regions ( Black Sea and Oregon) sisters with this regard!!Eh, in short, who doesn't love Nutella, after all:G
