Before you start thinking I'm cheating....these are white, ceramic fruit, ..sitting on white mat board, against a white wall.....

So....NO violation!....(I think/hope)

I have seen some Asian Pears that are white. They are also expensive, $4-5 EACH!

I don't know what your lighting setup was but I would like to see a bit more foreground light on the pear on the right. From the reflections, it appears that you used two light sources. Perhaps you could move the one on the left toward the camera a bit to put more light on the pear.

Kita,

Very nice composition. Like Cal said lighting is a bit off. Great idea.

OK...here's one you might like better....

Although, to my eye, it looses some drama.

Kita,

I don't think the dramatic impact has been sacrificed. As you can imagine changes in lighting can be infinite.

Thanks for your patience in being willing to experiment.
