I think the marshmallowing things are packaging peanuts. But, cannot figure out what the sticks are.

Did you get something delivered recently? Maybe you could tell us who from and we could tell what the sticks are.:-)

No, the "sticks" didn't come in the packaging material.

A hint: some may think of it as a sound improvement device.
