Ooh! Nicely done! I don't know how you got that close. I bet you were shaking sand out of your clothes for a week!

It's great the way the gull is "posed" againt the backdrop of white clouds.

Very nice, Kita. I got some yesterday that were sitting on the ice on the river. But, once I got home had thought they might not be enough white on white. Maybe I'll go ahead and post them.

It was with a D80/ 70-300 VR....maybe 40 feet away from the bird.

got lucky, I guess.
