These items are cast in Quickwall (except the acorn box, bought that). Quickwall is a type of concrete used for stucco. I made these for my outdoor garden....

Well done. Did you use molds for those?

Thank you, Walter. The vase is hand formed out of the quickwall, was just experimenting with it. The ones like leaves, I pressed the quickwall patties onto real leaves, onto the vein side, and let it harden, then peeled off the leaf. It takes on the exact texture of the leaf, very easy to do. The acorn lidded vase was bought.

I love the leaves!! Can't wait to try this. Does the stucco stuff set up quickly or do you have plenty of time to get the leave just right before it hardens?

WEll, it I let it set up for 24 hours...but you have about half an hour to work with it...then you should stop and let it set up....
