Hey all. I went on campus today hoping to find something interesting to shoot, and this is the best i can come up with. Really horrible 70's-style buildings here, leaves little to the imagination.

Here's a detail of the newest building on campus, the ATAC, or the Advanced Technology something something. Irony: Having a university building devoted to "advanced technology" under a university president who has banned wireless technology on campus because he thinks it causes cancer.

So, let me get this straight. It only causes cancer on campus, but you're safe everywhere else? Look on the bright side. At least he's not teaching. Nice shots, BTW.

I've given up trying to make sense out of anything that goes on at this institution. It's got serious problems with poor administration.

Thanks for the comment, Walter, I appreciate it!

interesting picture composition - I don't know if this was planned but it looks nice in a special way.

Seems to me everyone would be safe from harmful wireless waves inside the cage formed by those steel beams! :-)

Nice detail in shot 1.

neat shot. If wireless causes cancer, I'm becomming malignant as we speak. I wonder if that guy uses a cell phone? or a microwave? or listens to the radio? or has satellite tv?

It is indeed an unusual structure. Regarding the comment about the steel grid acting as a shield, the beams are much too far apart!
