A very beautiful Church. My only comments are that the first shot is a little underexposed. The darkness in the first shot was probably caused by the metering system in your camera. The meter is calibrated to always render an exposure that is equivalent to 18% gray (auto-exposure modes). Consequently, when shooting a very bright scene such as this bright white church in direct sunlight, the meter will darken the exposure. To compensate for this, you need to use exposure compensatioin in the range of +0.5-1.5. This will correct for the fact that the meter closed the lens down too much!

The second shot turned out better since the meter had much wider tonal range to work with.

Thanks calr for your acute observations.I do agree with you this is under exposed.Acutally I was taking the risk to go for "underexposure" "Intentional" you could say that.Still your comments have made me to put in better prospectve.Next shot I will Keep this in my mind
