Looks like your plants have gathered at the window. stuck out their leaves, and said: "Nyaaa, nyaaaa, nyaaaaa!", to their outdoor relatives.

And now we know what you do with your tree ornaments between Christmas holidays.

Lovely shot.

Hey, NHM -

Looks like you have a little "California Color", there on your window sill.:-)

It looks like you have some nice scenery, plus it looks different, depending on the time of year. That's something we don't get much of here.

Every place has it's benefits!

Nice pic.

Nice shot! Your plants frame and show off the window nicely.

Very nicely composed and exposed. I really like it. That glass ornament hanging in the window adds a nice highlight to the scene.

Good work.

Thanks all. That bay window was my birthday/christmas present for a few years when we bought the house. It is my greenhouse for a lot of my plants. Unfortunately, my orchids haven't been doing well this year. Not sure if Noelle (our cat) got to them or what.

Kita, yes that is one thing I don't miss about California. The "all the year is the same" bit. I'm leaving for Bakersfield next week. Going from 30º here to what I've heard lately has been 70/80º. Will be quite a change. I'm hoping spring will be here by the time I get back the week after. Probably not though, knowing New England.

My ornament was bought at a glass blower's shopin Massachusetts about a year ago. I was watching him make them and had to have one. it's beautiful when the sun reflects off of it.
