I thought the ball was clean before shooting but the close up proved me wrong.

Great shot! Looks like a 3 iron to me. Maybe 220 yards from the pin.

Thanks Walter. It's actually a weighted training club, the equivalent of a 5 iron.

I am not a big fan of golf. I hold to the Bill Cosby philosophy on golf. If you want to know more about that, send me a private message.

This is a great shot representing the tools and game of golf. The red three certainly qualifies. Does anyone know of another game where red threes are significang? Oops, I am digressing.

Good work!

Cal

P.S. I spel grat. I just can't typ worth a d.

Very minimal red, but the eye is drawn to it!

calr: Canasta is a game where red threes are important.

I can see that the questions I ask around here are too easy. Canasta is the game I was thinking of. My grandmother taught it to me when I was a little boy.

Ahhh Walter, you must be gettin old, 220 from the tee is a nice 5 iron, 4 if it's uphill or into a breeze.:blah: Actually, that's probably just my hatered for my three iron coming out.
Nice shot garlam, I had a golf theme in a past challenge also. That challenge was the number three.

Thanks Cal, lapstrake and GoCubs.

Cal: my wife's philosophy on golf is that it spoils an otherwise wonderful walk in the park.

garlam.
