What kind of bike is that? I don't think it is a Harley-Davidson. The heads and cooling fins look different. I see a letter "A" between the cylinders. Is that a clue?

This could be a great photo but it has numerous blown highlights which are very distracting. If you have another opportunity to shoot this bike, try reducing the exposure by 1/2 to 1 f-stop. There is no way to recover blown highlights in an editor.
