This large Cedar has its roots growing down a lava wall. The ferns are last year's growth. When the new ferns grow in it will probably be too brushy to get a clear shot.

Very nice and most unusual shots. The framing of the tree makes a great shot of the fern. Good work.

The tree alcove and the fern seem to be made for each other. Very nice framing effect. Wonderful job in both shots.
