I think I would have cropped out everything below the top of the fence. Once again, fluorescent lighting with a WB set for sun or daylight has caused the fence to appear green. WB aside, the foreground really detracts from the angry sky. The lightning capture is great but one hardly notices it because of the bright foreground.

I agree with Cal, judicious cropping would greatly enhance the look of this shot. I am always amazed by anyone that is able to capture lighting strikes.
