This was taken late afternoon. The place is unimportant - could be any harbour.

A very peaceful and serene scene. The masts draw your eyes down to the boats. I think I would crop out the "dead" water in the left side.

Bobbert,

I would leave the space on the left. IMHO it gives a the boats room to breathe. Love the vertical lines created by the masts in contrast to the horizon.

The picture seems a tad soft. I know the lighting was a bit low so the exposure time must have been relatively long. If handhled then it is not surprising the focus is a teensy bit soft.

Thanks for the feedback... Yes it was handeld, virtually all of my pictures are. But in this case I forgot to add a but of noise reduction and USM befor posting it! So you are absoluterly right; it IS soft in my opinion too! Thanks for notcing.
