Went down to a quiet area of one of the local lakes where I often shoot Great Blue Herons and several smaller birds. One of the local residents wanted to know just what I intended to do with that long lens pointing at him. (He gave me a first class scolding that I suspect couldn't be printed if I could speak squirrel.)

There were no herons, and the few ducks around were hugging the banks. The reason became obvious when the placidity of the afternoon was destroyed.

I prefer the first shot even though it is fuzzy. Squirrels make such cute subjects. They are extremely intelligent and cunning. The things they won't do to get (steal) food.

The second shot has too much white for me to be able see the subject clearly. I know it is a speedboat but that's about all I can tell.
