quality could be better, shot at 18-23x zoom through a glass window. hope u still enjoy

Nice composition. You could probably improve it in your editor. It need a little boost in contrast and saturation.

When shooting though a window, you should always try to get as close to the window as you can, preferably right against the window. This will help eliminate reflections and make any dirt or smudges on the glass effectively disappear.

Nice composition. I agree that some post processing work with contrast would highlight those birds a great deal and bring out the green pine needles, too.

thanks alot for the advice. I'll keep that in mind next time i go there. Also, (sorry to get off topic), but regarding the editing, what are some free or under $20 photo editing programs?

If you got some software with your camera, try that first. There are some good editors available for free but I don't recall the names I have always use Paintshop Pro. Compared to PS, it is "almost free" and every bit as good.

Google has Picasa and it is free and easy. I use Picasa and Photoshop Elements depending on what i want to do.
