Well, the entire two weeks of sun's rays I didn't see a single one. Then, night before last the sky was filled. Although, by the time I could find a safe place to stop and photograph it (going 70 mph while shooting is frowned upon) it had disappated some.

Anyway, figured I'd have the photo meet this weeks challenge by making it b&w. I brought it into PSE5 and adjusted the levels to bring out only the shades of gray. Then, with the b&w converter, changed it to b&w increasing the green at the same time. Then, went into the shadows and highlights and upped the contrast.

It might be a tad too dark. I will try some of the tip pages Cal had suggested later tonight and see if it comes out any better.

Nice job for your first try. My only concern is that it is a bit soft. I know it is difficult, sometimes, to get the camera to focus in the right place when shooting sky. It would probably be better to use manual focus.
