Corel Photo-Paint using equivalent of channel mixer.

Image > Split channels > RGB
Image > Calculations > Normal
The last is done twice, G + B to Gray, then R + Gray to new gray.

As I said before, nice work. I haven't worked with image arithmetic before. I have the dialog box up in PSPX on my second screen and I can see I am going to have to do some research and experimenting. Thanks for opening my eyes to another tool.

This is my challenge and I can't believe how much I have learned in just a few days thanks to you and everyone else.
