How funny, I just discovered Mcliu's Dog shot in the previous post. Anyway....

Anytime I get new equipment invariably I go to my favorite test subject to try it out. He usually is very cooperative, which is why he is such a good test subject. How can you go wrong with a face like that? :-)
Thanks,
Steve

I used the amazingly simple tools in iPhoto to adjust this shot to B&W.

The original

Nice work. Have you got any shots of him laying on his back with all four legs in the air, sound asleep? My dog love to do that.

Great BW conversion.

I like your upside down one, Steve. Very, very cute. Mine is too long legged to position himself like that. I should try him in bw. He is a black (mostly) lab.

Your bw of him on the couch is great. He's looking like "here we go again!"

Thanks Nhmom, He is quite the character. I could do a whole thread on him. One night I walked into the living room and he was under my fleece vest with only his eyes peering out through one of the arm holes. The picture is at this link if you care to see it.

Thanks for looking.
Steve

Cute photo. I wouldn't even have known he was there if you hadn't told me.
