Fofa,

The shot lacks enough contrast so it's difficult to spot the anchors and get the full impact of the shot.

You didn't say how you did this. I suspect some careful work with the channel mixer might bring out the detail on the brown anchors. Last week, someone posted a photo of a small animal that was almost a perfect match to the background. I played with that one for about a half hour and could not find a way to make the animal stand out more.
