Here's a clue...

Resize your explorer window so that it's smaller than your screen, and you have a vertical scroll bar on the right. Grabthe barwith the mouse, and slide the image up and down the screen a bit. The effect you maysee is present in the real thing in much the same way as the virtual one.

There's another clue available if necessary.

It's two pieces of window screen, one on top of the other creating a Moire pattern.
