1. Golden sunset over Lake Michigan

#2 Here's the inside of an old corn silo on an abandoned farm; or is it an alien encounter??

Good job. I especially like the golden color of the first one.

Great golden toned hues. Very nice sharp details.

The silo takes a bit if work to see the perspectives. But its all worth it to delve into the photo.

Aloha and thanks for sharing.

Nice job with the exposure on that sunset shot, lapstrake. I'd makethe imagea bit bigger (800 pixels usuallyis a good size)to create more of a wow factor. The second image is interesting but it feels like something is missing. I'm not sure what it is.

I like both, but the first has a real punch to it that makes it special. This is the kind that earns a frame.

It's all about the cropping and you did an excellent job with both. Very nice.

Very nice. If everyone keeps posting all these beautiful photos, I'm going to be up all night commenting on them. Haven't been around the last few days.

I love that first shot. The vertical format really works well for that scene.

The second shot is interesting but I'm not sure someone would figure it out without your description. It does kinda look like a UFO doing something wierd!
