After I took many pictures of this little visitor, I realized that the background was a bit too bright and all I had was silhouettes of the bird. I had so many that it was hard to select just a couple...

I liked this first one because it was an unusual capture of the hummingbird flying away.

Very nice. I like the second one best because of the silhouette of the open wings.

Both are really strong, and I like the silhouette of the wings in #2, but I think I really prefer #1 because of the richness of the color of the syrup in the feeder and in the sky.

Terrific shilhouettes. Those little buggers are so hard to capture in good light, all the more impressive in silhouette.

I love 'em! The translucence of the wing in the second shot. In the first shot, I can see backlighting in the feeder and in the leaves in the upper left. Great work.
