Came to check out the challenges as I haven't been around the last week and saw it changed. I did take some light in motion ones, but also had this one taken at Notre Dame Basilica in Montreal last weekend. Thought it fit the bill.

Kept trying to get the shot from straight up the center aisle, but as anyone who's ever been there knows, it's very difficult right after mass has ended with all the people milling around.

Been on vacation too long. I forgot to resize.

Beautiful shot of the facade of the organ. For those who are not familiar with pipe organs, most of the organ is behind those pipes. The shot is tilted a bit and that can be corrected in most editors.

You've got bars and notes and sharps and flats and chords.....My musical background and love for the pipe organ is showing through.

Beautiful shot. I love the idea of the pipes. Like Cal, I'm an admirer of their beauty and their sound.

Cal, I'm not so sure the shot is tilted. I think we may be seeing another perspective effect. Notice the chancel rail in the foreground. It appears to be square.

Great picture, nhmom. I wish I could hear that pipe-organ live...it must sound wonderful.

Thanks, everyone.

Tullio, the organ sounded beautiful. We had gone to the 11:00 a.m. mass and just about everything was sung with music.

Nice shot. You did a good job cropping out any of the people you spoke of.
