On a hike in a local state park we came across at least 200 vultures resting in the trees across the lake. The quaility of the picture is not the best, but it shows the many birds. As well as the Letter A on the right side of the picture

Enjoy

I see an E, F, T, several V's and possibly more. You don't suppose they were eyeballing you?:lol:

Oh dear! 200 vultures! We have Hitchcock's 'The Birds' on TV this afternoon. Now I'm sure I shan't sleep properly just thinking about it.

Must dig out and watch my tape of 'High Anxiety'containing Mel Brooks' pastiche as a prophylacticantidote.

Alan, I don't know if you were aware but "The Birds" was filmed in the Oregon coastal town of Coos Bay. That's about a 2-hour drive from where I live. Coos Bay is a beautiful little town.

Thanks all for the comments.

There is a two mile walking/jogging trail in this park so maybe they were waiting for some poor out of shape someone:lol::lol:I really have no idea why so many were roosting in one spot. There did not seem to be a food source anywhere close by.

Alan, Sorry I gave you nightmares:blah:
