Here is a Christmas pillow we put out as part of our house decorations at Christmas time.

The first shot is a macro closeup.

The second shot shows most of the pillow.

Thank you, Bahadir. As we unpacked our Christmas decorations for the house, I noticed that there are some really beautiful fabrics in some of the pieces.

The closeup looks a whole lot like needlepoint....something I never had the patience to do!

Really nice capture Cal!

It's not needlepoint. This is a commercially produced pillow so the pattern is most likely produced on a machine of some kind. However, I don't know how you get a machine to produce the intricate details in a pattern like thisl If it were hand-made, the price would be astronomical!

Do the patients do the needlepoint or does the doctor have patience while he does the needlepoint? :-?

Actually the doctor went broke because he had no patience at all.
