Normally i would reject a photo with such blown hilites, but i kinda like it in this photo.

Hey, Mag. Normally I would reject a photo with such poor depth of field. However, since the subject is blades and the blades of the scissors are sharp, it is ok. Nice shot.

You know the old saying, there is an exeption to every rule, and this shot is definitely the exception!!

Very good shot of the blades The shallow DOF hi-lights the blades and the not-so blown hi-lights just add some punch to the shot.
